• Soft, medium, and hard bonds are available for different hardness of concrete floors. Extra soft, super soft, extra hard, and super hard are also available if needed.
• Available grits: 6#,16#,30#, 50#, 70#, 100#, 120#, 200#, 400#
• Mainly used on Klindex floor grinders for coating removal surface leveling or rough grinding of concrete floors.

Z-LION D240mm Klindex diamond grinding wheel is designed to be fitted on Klindex floor grinders for concrete floor preparation. The special features of the tool are as follows:
• Premium quality diamond is used in the matrix of segments to make the tool with excellent cutting capacity.
• Diamond segments are hot-pressed and diamond concentration is reasonable, so the tool wears evenly and lasts longer.
• Diamond segments are professionally welded onto the metal base. Precise segment position puts the tool in good balance which will also extend the lifetime of the tool.
• Number of segments can be reduced to 12pcs, 8pcs, or 6pcs to increase aggressiveness of the tool.
• The shape of the segments can be changed to rectangular, arrow, rhombic, or other shapes as per customer request.
• Layout of segments can be single row, double row, turbo, or as per customer request to get the best cutting capacity and lifespan.
