Z-LION Concrete polishing pads for wet and dry use

Z-LION 16KD resin bond concrete polishing pads are another patented product of Z-LION. It is a versatile polishing pad that can be used both dry and wet. Ideal for polishing concrete floors or cement base terrazzo floors.

Description:

• Diameter of the pad is 3″ (76mm).
• Thickness of this dry and wet polishing pad is 10.5mm.
• Available grits 50# 100# 200# 400# 800# 1500# 3000#. Lower grits cut away scratches efficiently, higher grits produce high clarity finish.
• Unique patented surface pattern designed and owned by Z-LION exclusively.
• Each individual resin segment is in tapered shape for faster polish and increased tool life as well as faster debris removal.
• Proprietary formula tolerates water soak and high heat, the pad is suitable for both wet and dry use.
• Rubber layer between resin and velcro to absorb vibration and raise the pad.
• Color coded velcro back for easy identification of the grits. Velcro color dark blue for 50#, yellow for 100#, orange for 200#, red for 400#, dark green for 800#, light blue for 1500# and brown for 3000#.
