Z-LION 5 Arrow segment 3 inch grinding disc is for opening and initial grinding of concrete surface in the concrete floor polishing process.

Description:

• Popular size is 3”( can be 76mm, 80mm or 83mm in diameter).
• 5 Arrow segments aligned in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. Arrow segments have larger perimeters so as to cut more aggressively into the concrete.
• The 5 Arrow segment 3 inch diamond grinding pucks are widely used for opening and initial grinding of concrete surfaces in the concrete floor polishing process. An aggressive plow-shaped arrow segment design also works well for coating removal.
• The bond of this grinding puck is available from super soft to super hard. Medium bond is recommended in most cases; soft bond for hard concrete; hard bond for soft concrete. Extra soft, super soft, extra hard, and super hard can be made as per request.
• Available grits of this grinding puck are 6#, 16#, 30#, 50#, 70#, 100#, 120#, 200# and 400#.
• The back of this grinding puck can be velcro or metal with multiple holes and pin configurations to fit a wide variety of floor grinding machines like HTC, STI, Onfloor, Diamatic, SASE, etc.
• Color-coded velcro and paint for easy identification. Color can be coded as per grit number or as per bond hardness.
• Can be used both wet and dry though wet use is recommended.
