• Available grits 30# 50# 100#.
• Vacuum brazed diamond grinding pads are more aggressive than resin bond polishing pads, and last longer than electroplated polishing pads.
• Vacuum brazed diamond pads are rigid, rubber layer is added between diamond working surface and velcro to absorb noise and vibration.
• Velcro color light blue for 30#, light green for 50# and red for 100#.
• When attaching vacuum brazed grinding pad to rubber back holder, it works as efficiently as a vacuum brazed diamond cup wheel for aggressive leveling and removing material, but gives much smoother feeling to operator. That’s why vacuum brazed diamond grinding pads are widely used as substitute for cup wheels in concrete floor polishing processes for fast prep along edges, corners, columns, etc.
• The pad can be used dry or wet though wet polishing is recommended.
