Z-LION 16KW Typhoon pattern diamond concrete polishing pads are economy polishing pads for dry polishing concrete floors or cement base terrazzo floors. The special features of this polishing pad are as follows:
• Typhoon pattern with bevel/chamfer edge allows the pad to better follow the contour of the floor surface. 12 pcs of resin segments with enough edges to ensure a high scratch removal rate of the pad. Excellent channeling for dust also helps to increase the work efficiency of the pad.
• Unique formula of premium quality diamonds bonded with high heat resistant resins makes the pad less likely to dye the floors in the dry application without any cooling water.
• Manufactured in hot-press technology, manufacturing cost is reduced dramatically making the pad an economy tool.

Select rubber layers of the right hardness and high temperature-resistant glue are used on the tool to reduce the possibility of velcro peeling off, helping to increase the lifespan of the pad.
• Select velcro with premium quality to ensure the last 1mm of diamond surface can be used out. Velcro color can be customized.
