Z-LION Trapezoid PCD coating removal tools work excellently on removing all kinds of coatings on concrete surfaces and getting the floor prepared for grinding. The special features of the tool are as follows:
• High-quality diamond is used in the matrix of the wear bar and high-quality PCDs make the tool with good grinding capacity.
• PCDs and wear bars are professionally welded onto the trapezoid metal base, extending the lifetime of the tool.
• PCDs are slightly higher than the wear bar which acts as a stabilizer and depth guide to ensure the PCD removes coatings effectively and efficiently without damaging the concrete.
• PCDs are direction-specific, operator needs to check the direction of rotation of the grinder heads and mount left or right-hand PCDs to match. We mark the left or right-hand direction on the tool or paint different colors for the left and right hand for the operator to pick the correct tool quickly.
