Description:

• Available sizes of T-segment cup wheels from 4 inch to 9 inch, while 5 inch and 7 inch are the most popular ones in the concrete floor polishing industry. 5 inches usually comes with 8 T-shape segments and 7 inch with 12 T-shape segments.
• There are several holes in the wall of the cup wheel to reduce the weight of the tool, provide more efficient dust collection, and keep the diamond segments cool.
• Non threaded 22.23mm bore, threaded M14 or 5/8-11 arbor are both available.
• Soft, medium, and hard bonds are available for different hardness levels of concrete floors. Soft bond for hard concrete, as soft bond allows the diamonds to fall out when they become blunt or rounded off, ensuring the tool continues to grind at a faster rate. Hard bond for soft concrete in order to keep using the diamonds for longer, since it takes longer to become dull. Medium bond for general concrete.
• General grits are 30#, 50#, 70#, 100#. Coarse grits 6# and 16# and fine grits 200# 400# are also available if needed.
• Mainly used on hand-held grinders for grinding and leveling off areas where floor grinders can not reach.
