Super shine 3000 grit polishing pad for concrete floor dry use

Z-LION 123K super shine dry polishing pad with upgraded formula is an ideal polishing pad to get high clarity and gloss polished concrete floor.

Description:

• The diameter of the pad is 3″ (80mm) and the thickness is 3mm.
• Available grits 50# 100# 200# 400# 800# 1500# 3000#.
• Unique design with square and round resin segments staggered laying on the surface of the pad, tiny segments help to increase the aggressiveness of the pad making it remove scratches and get super shiny quickly.
• 3mm thick working surface in white/cream color.
• 5mm rubber layer between resin working surface and velcro.
• Velcro color dark blue for 50#, yellow for 100#, orange for 200#, red for 400#, dark green for 800#, light blue for 1500# and brown for 3000#.
• Special high heat-resistant formula good for dry polishing. 1500# and 3000# work even better than Z-LION 16AD dry resin to get higher clarity and better shine.

• The pad is designed by Z-LION with square and round resin segments staggered laying on the surface of the pad. With so many tiny segments, the pad gets more cutting edges which makes it more aggressive in scratch removal.
• With the upgraded formula the pad is possible to lower the RA of concrete surface polished by it. The lower the RA the more refined the surface. That’s how super shine comes.
• An automatic mixer is used to distribute diamonds throughout the resin evenly, skilled workers and a strict quality control policy are also essential for this super shine pad.
• With high heat-resistant white resins in the formula, the pad shows a white/cream color which makes the pad less likely to stain the floor and increases the shine.
• 5mm thick rubber layer between resin and velcro to raise the pad and absorb vibration.
• With special high temperature resistant glue the velcro backing is less likely to peel off.
• Premium quality velcro works perfectly until the pad is worn out.
• Velcro color can be customized. Private label is welcomed.
