Sunflower resin diamond polishing pad for concrete floor

Z-LION 16SF resin diamond polishing pad for concrete is a wet/dry polishing pad. The formula was designed to work for both wet and dry applications.

Description:

• Diameter of the pad is 3inch (76mm), and thickness is 6mm.
• Available grits 50# 100# 200# 400# 800# 1500# 3000#.
• Working surface in sunflower/rose pattern plays a role in cutting quality and lifespan of the pad. The flower pattern has more small segments and channels than general thick resins. More small segments mean more cutting edges which ensure an aggressive removal rate of the pad, and abrasive cutting residue can be ejected quickly through the channels, which greatly increases the lifespan of the pad.
• Proprietary formula tolerates water soak and high heat, the pad can be used both wet and dry.
• 3mm rubber layer between resin and velcro to absorb vibration and raise the pad.
• Velcro color dark blue for 50#, yellow for 100#, orange for 200#, red for 400#, dark green for 800#, light blue for 1500# and brown for 3000#.
