Sintered Metal Polishing Pads For Power Trowel

Z-LION sintered metal polishing pads are one mold sintered grinding and polishing tools for concrete floor polishing. The tool is mainly used on power trowel floor polishing machines.

Description:

• Diameter is 3″(76mm) and diamond thickness is 4mm.
• One mold is sintered, like resin tools when we change the mold we get a different pattern. OEM/ODM is a good option for this tool, everyone can have their own unique design. The tool can be designed with a clockwise or counterclockwise direction or no direction.
• Rubber layer in the middle to absorb the vibration and increase the adhesiveness of velcro.
• Come with a velcro back for a quick change. Different paint and velcro colors for different grits.
• Mainly used on power trowel floor polishing machines. Works in wet application.
• Mainly used as a transitional polishing pad between segmented metal tools and resin pads, works excellent on removing scratches from segmented metal tools. Coarse grits can be used for rough surface grinding as well.
• Soft, medium, and hard bonds are available for different hardness of concrete floors. Extra soft, super soft, extra hard, and super hard are also available if needed.
• Available grits: 30#, 50#, 70#, 100#, 120#, 200#, 400#,800#
• The tool can be painted in different colors as per grit number or as per bond hardness.

Features:

• High-quality diamond is used in the matrix to make the tool with good grinding and polishing capacity.
• One mold sintered means the whole tool is hot-pressed by one mold and does not need to be welded onto any metal base. When we change the mold we get a different pattern just like the resin tools. But it is a metal tool and the mold cost is lower than resins.
• The tool weighs as light as a resin tool but works as aggressively as the metal tools, coarse grits are good for surface grinding.
• Because of its lightweight and unique formula it can be used as a transitional polishing pad as well.
• The tool can be used on power trowel floor polishing machines besides the traditional planetary floor grinders.
