PCD coating removal tool is the most aggressive grinding tool for removing coatings from a concrete floor that is going to be polished. The special features of the tool are as follows:

• A round carbide was inserted to control the cutting depth, removing coatings without gouging concrete overly.

• Comes with a 1/4 PCD, a round carbide and a rectangular segment. The round carbide acts as the depth guide to help control the cutting depth. The rectangular segment acts as the wear bar to stabilize the tool, and to do the thin coating removal and the rough grinding in one pass. The PCD removes various coatings such as epoxy, glue, paint, waterproofing, adhesive and screed residues, etc.
