Z-LION Metal grinding discs with 4 bar segments for concrete surface

Z-LION 16C6 metal grinding discs are designed to be fitted on Chinese floor grinders for concrete floor grinding. The special features of the tool are as follows:
• Premium quality diamond is used in the matrix of segments to make the tool with good grinding capacity.
• Professional welding creates no risk of segment falling off and helps to extend the life of the tool.
• Number of segments can be reduced from 4pcs to 2pcs when concrete floor is hard and requests the tool with a better removal rate.
• An additional pin can be added to the center of the tool to couple with more floor grinders in the market.

• Popular size is 3″(83mm) and 4″ (100mm).
• 4 pcs of 30x10x10mm bar segments or 30x12x8mm arch segments for 3″, and 4pcs of 40x10x10mm bar segments or 40x12x8mm arch segments for 4″.
• 4pcs of segments in square layout to maximize grinding area, grinding capacity and lifespan of the tool.
• It can be used wet or dry, though wet use is highly recommended.
• The design is good for water flushing and slurry exhaust, helping to extend the life of the tool.
• Metal back with universal hole patterns can be mounted to most Chinese floor grinders including ASL, Xingyi, TM(Tuomei), JS(Jiansong), etc.
• Generally comes with soft, medium and hard bonds to fit concrete floors in different hardness. Extra soft, super soft, extra hard and super hard are also available upon request.
