Z-LION 123E electroplated diamond polishing pads are the most aggressive polishing pads because of their high diamond exposure.

The special features of our electroplated polishing pads are as follows:

• Working surface of the pad is made by electroplating technology with premium quality diamonds.
• Unique substrate is used to hold electroplated diamond coating. Diamond coating is less likely to peel off which ensures smooth polishing as well as long lasting of the pad.
• The substrate for holding electroplated coating is flexible, ensuring the flexibility of the pads. With 20 years of experience in electroplating technology, we are able to make our tools with a maximum percentage of diamond exposure and minimum possibility of diamond dropping off.
• Working surface of the pad can be in a square pattern, hexagon pattern, round pattern or other patterns as per customer request.
• High quality glue is used to glue the velcro backing making it less likely to peel off.
• Select velcro with premium quality ensures every pad can be used out.
• Velcro color can be customized. Private label is welcomed.
