Z-LION 16E diamond concrete sanding pads are 3.5mm thick floor polishing pads for dry polishing concrete floors or cement base terrazzo floors.

The special features of ZL-16E diamond concrete sanding pads are as follows:

• Dot pattern with dozens of separate small dots on the surface of the pad. Those small segments provide better grab on the floor to create high friction and remove scratches aggressively. Space around each segment provides channeling for dust and airflow for heat radiation.
• Best selling formula of high quality diamonds bonded with high heat resistant resins makes the pad less likely to stain the floors in dry polishing process. In most projects, we can get nice clarity and high reflectivity when it goes to 800 grit.
• New technology instead of traditional hot pressing is used to manufacture the pad.
• Automatic mixer is used to distribute diamonds throughout the resin evenly helping to add lifespan and performance of the pad. Strict quality control ensures quality consistency and performance consistency.
• Select rubber layer is added between resin working surface and velcro. 5mm thick to raise the pad, just right hardness helps to absorb vibration and increase bonding strength.
• High temperature resistant glue is used on the tool to reduce the possibility of velcro peeling off.
• Select velcro with premium quality ensures every pad can be used out. Velcro color can be different from the existing color chart.
