Copper concrete sanding pads for edgework of floor polishing

Z-LION EQ copper concrete sanding pads are designed for edgework. With copper bond formula they are widely used as transitional polishing pads to remove scratches of the metal bond diamond tools on the edge and corner of concrete floors and transition the polishing process from metal grinding to resin polishing.

Description:

• Diameter of ZL-EQ copper polishing pad is 5″.
• Thickness of working surface is 5mm.
• Available grits are 30# 50# 100# 200# 400#.
• Unique face design provides excellent channeling for slurry or dust.
• With copper bond formula the pad is more aggressive than resin bond polishing pads, ideal to be used for scratch removal after metal grinding steps and get the concrete floor prepared for resin polishing steps.
• The pad can also be used for aggressive first cuts when do not use metals to extend the life of the lower grit pads.
• Comes with velcro backwork universally. Velcro color light blue for 30#, dark blue for 50#, yellow for 100#, orange for 200#, red for 400#.
• Can be used wet or dry, wet use is recommended as the lifespan of the pad would be reduced with sustained dry use.
• Mainly used on low speed angle grinders to do edgework, polishing edge, corner, and arch surfaces where floor grinders are hard to reach.
