Z-LION double bar surface preparation discs are a popular grinding tool designed to be used on Contec floor grinding machines.

Description:

• Come with a special backing plate to fit Contec floor grinders.
• Come with 2 rectangular segments, segment size 40x10x10mm.
• Mount to Contec floor grinders via the 3 threaded holes on the backing plate.
• Soft bond segments for hard concrete, medium bond for medium hard concrete, and hard bond for soft concrete. Extra soft, super soft, extra hard, and super hard are also available if needed.
• Available grits: 6#,16#,30#, 50#, 70#, 100#, 120#, 200#, 400#
• The color of the tools can be painted as per grit numbers bond hardness or as per customer demand.
• Mainly used in the initial steps in concrete polishing procedures for leveling and smoothing concrete floor to get it prepared for polishing. Coarse grits can be used for removing thin coating on the surface of concrete floors as well.
