6-post diamond resin concrete polishing discs for CPS grinder

Z-LION 16Q diamond concrete polishing discs are a 2 inch plastic base tool with 6 posts filled with resin bond diamond segments for dry polishing of concrete floors or cement base terrazzo floors.

The special features of these concrete polishing discs are as follows:

• The puck is in 6-post design, the 6 plastic posts are 12mm thick, while resin segments that fill the 6 posts are 15mm, 3mm extra working surface on the top of each plastic post like a dome to ensure the puck with best scratches removal ability in initial polish and also adds longevity to the puck.
• Resin segments are made from high quality diamonds and high heat resistant resins, good for dry polishing application.
• Unique manufacturing technology is used to make the resin segments, automatic mixer is used to distribute diamonds throughout the resin evenly helping to add longevity and performance.
• Select high quality white plastic is used to make the base of the puck, the white plastic base will wear together with the resin segments during the polishing without staining the floors.
• Glue the velcro with special high temperature resistant glue to reduce the possibility of velcro peeling off.
• Select velcro with premium quality ensures every puck can be used out. The plastic peg on the back of the puck helps to hold the puck in place on CPS floor grinder, but it can be removed too as per request to fit other floor grinders.
