Z-LION 16LN concrete grinding discs are designed to fit grinders of National Flooring Equipment for leveling and grinding of concrete or terrazzo floors.

Description:

• Designed to be used on grinders of National Flooring Equipment.
• Double half bar segments in the size of 20x10x10mm. Extremely aggressive coating removal rate, perfect for breaking concrete surfaces.
• Widely used for leveling concrete high spots and repairing imperfections to prepare concrete for polishing as well as creating profiles for accepting new coatings.
• Available grits: 6#,16#,30#, 50#, 70#, 100#, 120#, 200#, 400#. Coarse grits 6# and 16# for coating removal and fast opening concrete surface; common grits 30# 50# and 70# for grinding, leveling, and smoothing the floor; 100# or 120# to get the floor ready for polishing; 200# and 400# may be needed in some circumstances.
• Available bonds from super soft to super hard. Medium bond is recommended in most cases; for hard concrete, the bond needs to be soft to expose diamond grains to open the hard surface; for soft concrete, the bond needs to be hard to withstand the abrasion. Extra soft, super soft, extra hard, and super hard are also available if needed.
• Can be used both wet and dry though wet use is recommended.
