Product Details

• Comes with a universal trapezoid back plate, this bush hammer can be used on most of the floor grinding machines.
• Bush hammer roller comes with 2 rows(30 teeth) or 3 rows (45 teeth) of carbide tips.
• Conical carbide tips on the roller keep rotating and hitting the concrete floor to create bush-hammered surfaces.
• Bush hammer is widely used to pulverize old surfaces interiorly and exteriorly. Interiorly, the bush hammer is used to remove coatings such as elastic epoxy, resin, carpet glues, thin sets, etc. It can ideally expose aggregates and leave even textured new substrates. Exteriorly, a bush hammer creates a bush-hammered profile on the concrete floor to get an anti-slip or decorative surface.

Z-LION BH01 Bush hammer is an ultra-aggressive concrete texturing tool for concrete floor preparation. The special features of bush hammers are as follows:
• Bush hammers are a one-step method for stripping, cleaning, and profiling of concrete surfaces in preparation for epoxy coatings and self-leveling or polymer overlays.
• Bush hammers are cost-effective. High-quality carbide tips welded onto the roller professionally. The inside of the bush hammer roller is made of a bearing, sleeve, and spring washer and filled with grease. The roller always rolls smoothly. Wax is used to seal the roller to prevent dust from going into the bearing and stop the roller. The frame which holds the roller is bolted to the trapezoid plate via 4 stout screws, with no break under repeated hitting. The roller can be replaced when carbide tips are used.
• Bush hammers produce very little airborne dust, and it doesn’t micro-fracture the surface.
