Z-LION 10-segment concrete diamond grinding discs are for grinding concrete floors and getting them ready for polishing. Especially good for heavy-duty grinding.

Description:

• Popular size is 3”(76mm, 80mm or 83mm in diameter), 4” is also available.
• 10 segments with a thickness of 8mm provide super grinding capacity and long life. Straight edge, bevel edge, and round edge segments are all available. Straight edges with better cutting capacity, bevel, and round edges are better for lippage removal.
• Rubber layer in the middle to absorb the vibration. Come with a velcro back or metal back and with multiple holes and pin configurations to fit a wide range of floor grinders like HTC, STI, Onfloor, Diamatic, SASE, etc. Velcro back is good for quick change. Metal back can also be mounted to magnetic tool holders or quick change adapters.
• Soft, medium, and hard bonds are available for different hardness of concrete floors. Extra soft, super soft, extra hard, and super hard are also available if needed.
• Available grits: 6#,16#,30#, 50#, 70#, 100#, 120#, 200#, 400#
• The tool can be painted in different colors as per grit number or as per bond hardness.
