10 inch grinding wheel to be fitted on single head floor grinders for grinding concrete floors

Z-LION 10 inch grinding wheel is designed to be fitted on single-head floor grinding machines for concrete floor grinding.

Description:

• The diameter of the 10 inch diamond grinding wheel is 250mm which brings the maximum output of 250mm working area.
• 20pcs of rectangular segments, segment size 40x10x10mm.
• Besides the center hole, there are 8 countersink holes. With these holes, the grinding wheel can be mounted to most single-head floor grinding machines conveniently.
• Blue color for hard bond segments for soft concrete; Green color for medium bond segments for medium hard concrete; Red color for soft bond segments for hard concrete.
• Available grits: 6#,16#,30#, 50#, 70#, 100#, 120#, 200#, 400#.
• Mainly used on 250mm single-head floor grinders like Blastrac, EDCO, SPE, MK, etc. for coating removal, lippage removal, or for the initial steps in concrete polishing procedures.

Features:

• High-quality diamond is used in the matrix of segments to make the tool with good cutting/grinding capacity.
• Diamond segments are hot-pressed and professionally welded onto the metal base. The density of segments is reasonable and the balance of the tool is good so extend the lifetime of the tool.
• Diamond segments can be changed to arrow shape, rhombic shape, etc.
